KESHA BRAGGS, MBA, SPHR

Engagement Manager

Dallas, TX

Kesha comes to BTF from Excellian HR, where she was the HR Client Services Director.

 She has more than 10 years of human resources experience and is a dynamic HR leader adept in HR Administration and Operations involving recruiting, compensation, benefits administration, onboarding, staff management and development, and employee and labor relations. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor's in Organizational Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington.

STEPHEN FEGA

Engagement Manager

Denver/Colorado Springs, CO

Prior to joining BTF, Steve served as the Business Development Manager of Rocky Mountain Exteriors.

He is known for continually improving business strategies and building lasting relationships with clients and customers. He earned a Master's degree in Sports Business from New York University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Eckerd College.

WAINE WEEKS

Engagement Manager

South Florida

Waine is highly adept at strategic planning, team building, leadership, and workforce development. He developed his skills as the Apprenticeship Program Coordinator at Florida Training Services and the Job Developer at CareerSource Broward.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Florida International University.

CHRIS WELLINGTON

Engagement Manager

Tampa, FL

Chris is a retired veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, where he served 23 years of active duty. Following his time with the Coast Guard, he worked as the Disabled Veteran Outreach Program Specialist at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity. 

In that capacity, he used active listening and planning management skills to help veterans meet their career goals. Now he’s leveraging his experience and skills to help build a sustainable residential construction workforce.
